Must haves

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven experience with HR metrics
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, accept, and apply coaching.
  • Willingness to be creative and find solutions.
  • Metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent follow up and strong time management/project management skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and stay up to date on the latest policies and trends.
  • Manage day to day HR operations and execution of the employee experience plan while making meaningful contributions with ideas and improvements to the overall employee experience.
  • Work with the team to create programs and solutions which would increase retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide and track key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Identify and evaluate training programs.
