Must haves

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting MacOS and Windows devices.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices and services (WiFi, LAN, VPN).
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking (DNS, DHCP, subnets, IP addressing).
  • Security first mindset.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to Transcenda employees worldwide.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve end-users technical issues.
  • Provision new users computer and systems access.
  • Maintain and configure Transcenda systems and networks.
  • Assist in researching and deploying new tools or platforms.
  • Maintain inventory documentation.
  • Handle incoming requests.
  • Manage office network.
