Must haves

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 0.5+ years of experience in the IT industry as sourcer/recruiter.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, accept and apply coaching.
  • Detail-oriented and interested in the business and in doing research work.
  • Willingness to be creative and find solutions.
  • Metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent follow-up and strong time management/project management skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates.
  • Market research using a variety of tools.
  • Represent Transcenda at local events for the purpose of creating brand awareness.
  • Maintain internal databases, related reports.
