Alexey Koval co-founded Transcenda in 2019 and leads engineering and delivery as CTO. He has spent his career in technology scaling delivery organizations from small teams to hundreds of engineers across the globe, bringing hundreds of products to market with a relentless focus on architecture, craft, and meeting commitments.

Joseph Chereshnovsky has been with Transcenda since day one. He leads the engineering organization he helped build, overseeing the practices, standards, and AI strategy that shape how the company engineers products for the modern era. With more than twenty years of hands-on experience, he stays as close to the code and architecture as he does to the CTOs and engineering leaders he partners with.

Diego Callegario leads design at Transcenda. He built his career at some of the most respected design and product studios in the world, Work & Co, Huge, and Accenture, working across Brazil and international markets before joining Transcenda to lead design.

His work sits at the intersection of product strategy and design, and his focus now is on what that intersection looks like in the AI era. As the interfaces of products move into conversational systems, intent-driven experiences, and AI-native interactions, Diego helps clients keep design grounded in how users actually behave, and build for where that behavior is headed. He brings the craft and rigor of world-class studios to a moment that demands both.

Sergiy Uskov leads service delivery at Transcenda, overseeing the operating frameworks, team structures, and quality standards that keep complex engagements on track. His background is in software consultancy and technology delivery, with deep experience running large programs across global teams.

Rachel Saidman leads operations and people at Transcenda. She comes from the heart of the San Francisco technology scene. Having worked at companies like IDEO, Udemy, and Fandom, she has spent her career shaping how some of the most respected creative and technical organizations operate.

At Transcenda she works with the leadership team to build the operating model that lets a 300-person global organization scale without losing alignment. Her focus is the connection between ambition and execution: the structures, rhythms, and culture that let distributed teams move together.

Bartosz Wdowczyk leads global finance at Transcenda. He spent more than fifteen years at EY, rising to director across assurance and advisory for financial services clients, before joining Transcenda to build the finance function from the ground up.

He brings the rigor of a Big Four background to a high-growth technology company, building the financial infrastructure, reporting discipline, and operational visibility that give leadership a clear basis to make decisions. His focus is a finance function built to scale and deliver business outcomes.
