Must haves
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering.
- Expertise in C and Linux.
- Moderate knowledge of Go and Python.
- Proficiency with real-time Operating Systems (FreeRTOS).
- Proficiency with low-level hardware.
- Proficiency with wireless communication technologies (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy).
- Familiarity with OTA update mechanisms and communication network principles.
- Understanding of electronics and ability to read schematics.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
As a plus
- Experience with smart home devices.
- Experience with Yocto.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain embedded software for smart home products.
- Develop on embedded Linux distributions with a focus on Yocto-based systems.
- Define software requirements and ensure seamless integration with hardware components.
- Test and debug software to ensure reliability and performance.
