Role overview
As HR Director at Transcenda, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with Transcenda's goals, including talent management, team relations, leadership development, and organizational development. You will oversee ensuring compliance with legal requirements, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Must haves
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 10+ years of HR experience in the IT industry.
- Proven experience with HR metrics.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, accept, and apply coaching.
- Willingness to be creative and find solutions.
- Metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
- Excellent follow-up and strong time management/project management skills.
- Hands-on doer while also having a strategic vision.
- 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Management role with direct reports.
As a plus
- Previous experience working with a rapidly scaling company of 200-500 people.
Key responsibilities
- Guide HR policies and stay up to date on the latest policies and trends.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and execution of the employee experience plan while making meaningful contributions with ideas and improvements to the overall employee experience.
- Work with the team to create programs and solutions that would increase retention and satisfaction.
- Provide and track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Execution of team member engagement including team building, swag, corporate parties, and other activities.
- Identify and evaluate training programs.
- Own the leadership development program.
