As a Senior Sales Development Specialist at Transcenda, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and researching ICP-fit companies, building high-quality lead lists, and optimizing sales operations in HubSpot. Working closely with sales and leadership teams, you'll enhance workflows and minimize their operational involvement. We seek a proactive, independent professional who takes ownership and drives improvements. Strong English skills are essential for collaborating with our international team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research ICP-fit companies and contacts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, ZeroBounce, with flexibility to suggest and adopt other effective tools.
- Build and maintain high-quality lead lists to support the outreach efforts.
- Gather detailed information on potential leads, including company insights, decision-makers, and contact details.
- Set up, maintain, and optimize lead records, deal pipelines, and workflows in HubSpot to streamline sales processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and organization in HubSpot, providing clean and structured insights for sales and leadership teams.
- Analyze and manage large datasets to improve lead quality, segmentation, and outreach effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and report on lead generation performance, providing actionable insights to sales and leadership.
- Continuously optimize processes based on feedback, data, and industry best practices.
Must Haves:
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) to effectively collaborate with international teams.
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or sales operations in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to source & research high-quality ICP-fit contacts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, ZeroBounce, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including managing lead records, automating workflows, and optimizing deal pipelines.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, lead management, and sales data analysis.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills—ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, driving process improvements.
