Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and extend the platform to support new regulatory reporting requirements and client-specific business logic.
• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using GenAI and agentic technologies to streamline reporting workflows.
• Analyze, extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems using APIs and structured/unstructured data sources.
• Develop lightweight integrations, scripts, and data transformations to support solution implementation.
• Translate business and client requirements into clear functional specifications for product and engineering teams.
• Partner closely with Solution Delivery Consultants to provide technical expertise, assess implementation feasibility, and accelerate client delivery.
• Prototype new capabilities, validate technical approaches, and iterate based on client and stakeholder feedback.
• Perform testing and quality validation for configurations, integrations, and automation workflows, ensuring reliable, production-ready solutions.
• Maintain engineering best practices, including documentation, version control, reproducible implementations, and knowledge sharing.

Must Have

• Hands-on experience configuring software platforms and delivering technical implementation solutions.
• Experience building automation solutions using GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting, integrations, and data transformation.
• Experience working with APIs and data formats such as REST, JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Understanding of enterprise data structures, data mapping, and integration concepts.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
• Experience using Git/GitHub and familiarity with modern software development practices and CI/CD fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1), including technical documentation and requirements writing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams in an asynchronous work environment.
 

Nice to Have

• Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks such as ESG, SEC, CSRD, or similar compliance domains.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, including embeddings, chunking, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience implementing observability practices for AI solutions, including logging, tracing, and workflow evaluation.
• Previous experience working in SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting client-facing implementation or solution consulting teams.
