We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our international team and lead the recruitment of senior-level and executive-level talent. In this role, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging top leadership candidates who align with our company’s vision and values. Success in this role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of executive search.

Must Haves:

  • Fluent English (Advanced) – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized – Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience recruiting for leadership roles (both technical and non-technical).
  • Executive search experience in-house or within a recruitment agency.
  • A team player – Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and passion for hiring top talent.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in hiring high volume for software engineering in rapidly growing tech scale-up.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Actively engage in executive search, identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify top candidates in target industries and companies.
  • Build strong relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
  • Manage high-impact searches with discretion.
  • Source candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Provide reports and meaningful insights on recruitment activities.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidates.
  • Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Prepare market research reports using various data sources.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive hiring success.
  • Maintain internal systems to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a fair and consistent hiring process for all candidates.
