Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field.
- Practical expertise in qualitative methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, structured interviews, usability testing, tree testing) and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, A/B testing, card sorting).
- Proven ability to translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations through effective presentations and summaries.
- Proficiency in Figma, with experience creating rapid prototypes for testing;
- Strong understanding of UX principles, with experience applying them across the design process.
- A portfolio showcasing impactful research projects and their influence on product decisions.
- Advanced level of English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research.
- Analyze research findings and provide actionable recommendations that guide the design and development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to align user insights with business goals.
- Create rapid prototypes in Figma to support testing and research initiatives.
- Advocate for the user by applying UX principles throughout the design process.
- Translate research findings and present them effectively to diverse audiences.
